Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any issues with your item, please contact us by using our contact us page. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We hope that by treating our customers in this way they will also be fair and polite with us. Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the end goal to make our customers happy.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately at this time we are not doing any exchanges for any of our products.

Issues with Item 

If you feel that you have received an item that is defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered contact us with your order # and a photo of the product in question to start a conversation on how we can fix this. If we are not contacted within 7 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
