At Crochet Crunchies, we endeavour to provide shipping services that are efficient and dependable for all our clients. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
Current Processing Time: 3-6 Business Days (Monday-Friday). Please note the fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons.
Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. I am a one-woman team and am working hard to get your order sent out as quickly and carefully as possible!
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. We will send you an additional email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Times:
Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $11 flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping (New Zealand)
- Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate. Delivery times vary but should take between 5-11 days
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
International Shipping (United States of America)
- Standard Shipping: $22 flat rate. Delivery times vary but should take between 6-12 days
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address.
To request an address change, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number here. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or redirect it.
If there is an incomplete address, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We have a timeframe of 5 days to provide the correct shipping information. If we have not received an answer within 5 days, your order will be cancelled
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any stolen packages that is not at the fault of the shipping provider.
Order Cancellations:
To request an order cancellation, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number # here. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we do not accept cancellations.
Crochet Crunchies are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Australia Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
